Privacy

This is short because there is little to say.

No cookies, no tracking

alderfoldpress.com and the bonus pages (leo.alderfoldpress.com and bruce.alderfoldpress.com) set no cookies, run no analytics, show no ads and load no scripts, fonts or images from other companies. There are no accounts.

New-book emails

If you sign up for news about new books, we store your email address, which books you asked about, the date, the page you signed up on and the country your request came from (not your IP address). We use it only to tell you when a new book comes out. The list is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site. When we start sending, the emails go through a mailing service, and every email has an unsubscribe link. To be removed now, write to contact@alderfoldpress.com and we delete your address.

Server logs

Like any website, the hosting provider that serves these pages may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and the page requested) for security and to keep the service running. We do not use them to build profiles of visitors.

Email

If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply. We do not add you to a mailing list or share your address.

Children

The bonus pages are meant to be opened by a grown-up. The only thing they ask for is the optional email sign-up, which is for grown-ups.
